Next Generation Core will give you the skills and confidence to build the life you want. We begin with the stages of exploring your Mask, Higher-Self, Lower-Self in order to better understand your needs and define the direction of your life. We will give you a map, not a shortcut. Our team has decades of experience helping people build their own paths and guiding them on their journey. When you enroll in this training, THIS is what you'll get:

80+ hours of structured Core Energetics education taught by Barra and expert/certified instructors which includes:
30 hours of process groups
55 hours of class instruction

The Institute of Core Energetics supports the use of their curriculum in Next Generation Core. Please note, students must be 18 to participate in this training.
Professional path:
The Practitioner Training Program (PTP) represents the first two years of the Core Energetics certification program, focusing on theory and application. The program is a deep dive into discovering each person’s authentic self, with an eye toward integrating the ability to work with clients. PTP requires participants to complete and submit homework assignments prior to training weekends, participate in more individual or group theraputic sessions, and allows students to automatically metriculate to the Institute of Core Energetics to continue working toward certification if all requirements are met.
Personal path:
Our Personal Potential Program (PPP) aims to give students a toolbox filled with techniques, teachings, and both individual and group support that shines a light on the areas you want to develop. The personal development path encourages incorporating self-reflection and accountability into everyday life. the PPP has no homework requirement, and requires fewer individual theraputic sessions.
Please note: Students interested in completing their certification in years 3 & 4 will need 24 Core Energetics sessions per year, or 18 individual sessions and 10 group sessions. Students attending NGC for personal growth will need 12 individual sessions per year. Students may identify their own certified Core Energetics practitioner, or a list of certified, experienced practitioners will be provided to students upon admission to the program. Practitioner fees vary and are separate from tuition.
